My 8 year old lhasa Apso has 3 loose bottom front teeth I've just noticed today shes had no trauma but I've realised over past few days refusing her biscuits should I take her to our best or is it a sign of her getting older

Poor Harper! If she has teeth that are visibly loose, this is a sign of severe dental disease. Her teeth are likely quite painful, which may be why she has not been eating crunchy food or treats very well recently. I would definitely recommend taking her to the vet for an exam and dental procedure to remove the rotten teeth and check the others to see if other treatment is needed.
