Poor Simba. It sounds like he has diarrhea, and he could have a stomach illness, intestinal worms, may have eaten something rotten, a foreign body, or bacterial infection causing this bloody diarrhea. Whenever a cat has bloody diarrhea, it's time to see a vet because it can have some very serious causes. I'd take him into a vet now, who can diagnose what is causing this and can treat him. I hope this helps!
