That is frustrating. Some dogs are very picky eaters. Trying different brands and different flavors is the first thing to do. One thing I've found to be helpful for my picky eater patients is a food that has 'meaty pieces'. Purina ONE and Purina ProPlan both have options with this. Other things you can try are adding warm water to the kibble, mixing canned food with the kibble, making a gravy with canned food to pour over the kibble, adding low sodium chicken/beef broth, getting chicken/turkey/beef baby food and mixing it with the food or making a gravy to pour on the food. If none of these help, I would recommend taking Champ to see his vet to ensure that there is a not a medical reason why he isn't eating well, such as Addison's, a bad tooth, etc.
