My female border collie is two years old and we have found a solid blue lumpy lump that looks like swollen veins by her left lowest nipple this has came out of no where she isn't bothered if you touch it and it hasn't changed her temperament etc she is a very hyper dog but we expect that with her breed I have taken a photo but I'm not sure how to upload it to show you.

This looks like a mammary gland tumor, quite advanced as well, you will need to take her to your vet ASAP, your vet will need to do a chest xray to make sure the tumor has not advanced to the lungs already, if the xray is clear your vet will recommend a surgery to have the tumor removed.
