My 9 wk old American Bulldog is knuckling. The breeder said it is normal in larger breeds and to alter diet. I live in the city where we walk on concrete, and I also have wooden floors. We purchased rugs for her, and changed her diet wondering if this is common for her breed?

This is not normal and I recommend to have Georgia examined by the veterinarian. While it is true that nutrition can play a role in this, this could also be a congenital malformation. She may need radiographs. Regarding nutrition, large breed puppies have specific nutritional needs that have to be met or else they run the risk of developing improperly and have joint issues their entire lives.
