This is not normal and I recommend to have Georgia examined by the veterinarian. While it is true that nutrition can play a role in this, this could also be a congenital malformation. She may need radiographs. Regarding nutrition, large breed puppies have specific nutritional needs that have to be met or else they run the risk of developing improperly and have joint issues their entire lives.
