My border collie had her 1st pup at 18:30 and another one at 20:40. Its more then 3 hours after the second pup. Is this normal or should I be worried. She seems calm

If more than four hours pass between puppies and more are expected, then it's time to worry. Wait the four hours and if there are no puppies, take Snowy and the puppies she gave birth to into a vet immediately.
