My 11 Weeks old puppy may have ingested a pearl earring. However, on the same day I gave him his 2nd round of dewormer. The day before he got into other items and vomitted only that day. Now he woke up with a runny nose, is not eating much and was very much not himself when he woke up from his nap.

Hello and thank you for contacting PetCoach. The symptoms that Moose is showing at present are not specific for one particular disease. In fact, most of unwell puppies become lethargic and go off food. It could be caused by fever, abdominal pain, food indiscretion, airways infection and more. It is unlikely that the earring would cause gastrointestinal obstruction. I would expect Moose to pass the earring with the stools. Please, try and get your puppy to eat and offer him plenty of water to drink this evening. However, if he does not get any better by the morning, if he starts to vomit or his abdomen is hard to touch, you should take him to your local vets for an appointment.
