My dog ate a dried peony petal. I read that they are toxic to dogs, should I be concerned and if so, what do I need to watch out for? She's a little over 80 pounds

Hello and thank you for contacting PetCoach. Peony can produce gastrointestinal symptoms, like vomiting, diarrhea, lack of appetite, drooling when ingested in large amounts. If Echo ate only one petal, most likely she will be fine. Please, monitor her at home for the next 6-12hrs. If you notice any worrying symptoms, get in touch with your local vets.
