Thank you for contacting PetCoach with your question about Apollo and for providing a picture, it's very helpful. It appears there is some bruising around the incision site, which sometimes can take a few days to appear after surgery. This is not a concern as long as he is eating, drinking, and behaving normally. If he is quiet, uncomfortable, and/or not eating, I would recommend to have him checked over by his vet. The rest of the incision appears to be healing well, but I would keep the Ecollar on him at all times, even if you are there to supervise him. Dogs can and have gotten at their incisions while their owners are watching him, and keeping the Ecollar on him at all times will prevent serious post-surgical complications from occurring. I hope this helps!
