Yes, I recommend to call you vet and discuss having her spayed. The veterinarian may try to get her scheduled in between cycles but cats tend to come into heat so this may be difficult. The doctor will determine the timing of the procedure but cats can be spayed while in heat. Keep her strictly inside and be careful because she may try to escape. I hope this helps.
