Hi and thanks for posting. Warts can sometimes be frozen off with cryotherapy or surgical removed. Cysts can often be drained but some of them do require surgical removal in order to completely get rid of. If Kalu has a stuffy nose, she may have an upper respiratory infection or may have another respiratory condition or sinus issue. I would recommend she see her veterinarian for an evaluation for this as well as the cysts/warts.
