Daisy has been licking and chewing her backend. I believe she busted her anal glands open for the second time. She bled pretty bad last night but using the water hose, I sprayed her off until the bleeding stopped. No longer bleeding, no noticeable pain, no fever, eating and drinking fine, seems healthy. I'm not working right now and less than $100. I don't want her to get infected. What should I do? Can someone prescribe amoxicillin for her?

Hello, I am sorry but on PetCoach we are not able to prescribe medications. Legally, your dog needs to be physically seen by a vet to get antibiotic treatment. If Daisy has indeed a ruptured anal gland abscess, she will need a course antibiotics to get better. Maybe you can talk to your local vets about a payment plan or try and find a low-cost clinic for Daisy ?
