Uses

Infection with helminth intestinal parasites

How it works

Fenbendazole works by preventing the parasite from absorbing glucose. This causes parasite death because it no longer has any energy stores.

Forms

222 milligram per gram granules and 100 milligram per milliliter oral suspension

Storage information & handling

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What results can I expect?

Assuming that the parasites being treated are susceptible to Fenbendazole, resolution of the infection should occur during the treatment period.

Missed Dosage

If a dose is missed, continue with the next dosage at the scheduled time.

Fenbendazole is generally well-tolerated, thus overdosage is rare.
