I would highly recommend taking Sam to the vet. It is unfortunately hard to tell based off the pictures but if he not moving around much I would be concerned that he could have a bone fracture (break) in his leg or lower back. Most bearded dragons have weaker bones due to being in captivity (referred to as metabolic bone disease) and this will cause them to break bones easier. I would make sure you are taking food to him/force feeding him if needed. Also do not forget to gut load the crickets so they are high in calcium.
